- 2 lb. lean venison
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. hickory smoke salt
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Trim all fat from meat; cut into very thin strips.

2Mix and soak overnight.

3Arrange strips on cookie sheet.

4Set oven at 200°.

5Leave oven door cracked to let moisture escape (put a spoon in the door).

6Bake 4 to 7 hours.
