Venison Jerky Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pound venison
- 4 ounce. bottle Liquid Smoke
- 2 ounce. white wine or possibly beer
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 c. cayenne pepper (optional if you want it warm) or possibly dash of Tabasco
- Crab Boil (optional for a different flavor), amount to taste
Directions

1Cut venison in narrow strips (1/2 inch wide x 1/4 inch thick x 2-5 inches long.)

2Fold in other ingredients; marinate venison in refrigerator overnight.

3In Oven: Lay Jerky on oven racks.

4Open door 1 inch to let moisture out, put drip pan below.

5Dry in 300 degree oven for several hrs (depending on thickness of Jerky and degree of dryness desired).

6In Microwave: 1 1/4 hrs on lowest temperature.

7Rotate every 20-30 min.
