- venison meat
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 large onion
- green pepper
- seasoning to taste
Directions

1Spray roaster pan with Pam.

2Slice meat 1/4-inch thick and place one layer in the roaster.

3Cut the onion and green pepper and lay on top of meat in roaster.

4Mix flour, salt and pepper. Roll meat slices in the flour mixture and place on top of the first layer of meat in the roaster.

5Add more onion and pepper. Add tomato juice in between the layers.

6Place the rest of the flour mixture and remaining ingredients on the top layer.

7Bake at 350° until tender.

8Stir occasionally.
