- 1 lb. venison, boiled or baked
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- salt and pepper
- pinch of parsley flakes
Directions

1Using a food processor or blender, shred about 1 pound of deer (venison).

2Cuts best if cold. Put your egg on to hard-boil.

3Dice celery and onions.

4Combine in bowl.

5Add sweet relish, mayonnaise, parsley, diced egg and add meat.

6Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.

7Great on buns or toasted bread.
