- 6 to 8 slices boneless venison steak (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. additional oil for frying
- 2 c. prepared bread stuffing
- 1 c. spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
Directions

1Mix oil and vinegar.

2Marinate steak for 4 to 6 hours.

3Remove from marinade and saute in hot skillet in additional cooking oil. Remove browned steaks to foil-covered cookie sheet.

4Place about 1/4 cup stuffing on each steak and flatten.

5Cover with 1 to 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Cover loosely with foil.

7Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
