- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Slice the steak thin; mix flour, salt and pepper in a paper bag.

2Shake the steak in the bag until the meat is coated good. Put the shortening in a hot frying pan and put the meat in.

3Brown and turn and cook until the blood is all gone and golden brown.
