  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 lb. venison stew meat
  • 2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. basil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
