- 1 onion
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. button mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. tomato juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Dredge meat with flour, salt and pepper.

2Brown lightly in fat with the onion.

3Add tomato juice, water and sugar.

4Simmer until tender.

5Ten minutes before serving, add mushrooms and sour cream. Serves 4.
