- 6 (5 oz.) veal or pork cutlets
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. Season-All
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Pound veal until 1/4 inch thick.

2Dredge with mixture of flour, Season-All, pepper and nutmeg.

3Dip in mixture of egg and water, then into bread crumbs.

4Let dry 30 minutes.

5Brown veal on both sides in 1/2 cup of butter, cooking about 15 minutes. Remove veal to hot platter.
