  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can sweet peas (small peas)
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • diced onions (to taste)
  • diced celery (to taste)

Directions

    Melt butter, saute rice, onion and celery.

    When nicely coated, add beef broth, mushrooms, and cover on low flame.

    When finished, spoon in peas.
