  • 1 12 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 12 teaspoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

    Put the chicken into the stoneware.

    Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, and pour over the top.

    Cover and cook on LOW for about 6 hours, or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
