- 1 Tbsp. grated green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar (see note)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced pickles
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Mix well and chill the vinaigrette.

2Serve with cold meats or heat it and pour over broccoli, artichokes or asparagus.
