  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. grated green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar (see note)
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced pickles
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix well and chill the vinaigrette.

    Serve with cold meats or heat it and pour over broccoli, artichokes or asparagus.
