  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. white cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)

Directions

    Beat eggs; add sugar and cooled margarine.

    Add vinegar and vanilla; blend well.

    Pour mixture into pie shell and bake 10 minutes at 300°.

    Increase heat to 325° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
