- 1/2 doz. onions
- 1/2 gal. vinegar
- 1/2 c. white mustard seed
- 1 c. white sugar
- 5 drops oil of cinnamon
- 5 drops oil of cloves
- 1 tsp. turmeric
Directions

1Peel cucumbers, slice and sprinkle with salt.

2Let stand 24 hours.

3Drain well.

4Slice onions, pour boiling water over them and let stand for 24 hours.

5Mix remaining ingredients.

6Cook these with cucumbers and onions 20 minutes.
