  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. hot water

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

    In pile, make 3 holes with a spoon.

    In the largest hole, pour oil, next the vinegar and next the vanilla.

    Cover holes after each addition. Cover with water and stir.

    Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
