Wacky Cake

   Sift the dry ingredients together.

   Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients.

   In the first well add the vanilla; in the second well add the vinegar; in the third add the oil.

   Pour the cold water over all the ingredients and beat until smooth.

   Pour in a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. When the cake is cool remove it from the pan and frost with Buttercream Icing.
