  • 3 12 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 whole eggs
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 cups milk

    Take the butter, eggs, and milk out of the refrigerator.

    Start warming up the waffle iron.

    Start melting the butter in a small pot.

    Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

    Add the milk to the melted butter and continue heating.

    Break the eggs and put the liquids into a medium bowl (whites and yolks).

    Mix the eggs.

    Add the warm milk and melted butter to the eggs and mix in.

    Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend lightly.

    Cook in waffle iron (three ladles of batter per waffle for mine).
