- 3 12 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups milk
Directions

1Take the butter, eggs, and milk out of the refrigerator.

2Start warming up the waffle iron.

3Start melting the butter in a small pot.

4Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.

5Add the milk to the melted butter and continue heating.

6Break the eggs and put the liquids into a medium bowl (whites and yolks).

7Mix the eggs.

8Add the warm milk and melted butter to the eggs and mix in.

9Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend lightly.

10Cook in waffle iron (three ladles of batter per waffle for mine).
