- Bottom Layer
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Top Layer
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts or 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2For Bottom Layer mix ingredients and press into 9 X 13 pan greased with butter Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

3For Top: Mix ingredients together and spread on top of cooled bottom layer.

4Bake 350 F for 25 minutes till golden brown.

5Let cool till set and cut into squares.
