- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of potato soup
- 1 (8 or 10 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Add onion and cheese. Combine soups with sour cream; pour over top.

3Cut margarine into little pieces and put on top.

4Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
