  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
  • 1 can undiluted cream of potato soup
  • 1 (8 or 10 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Add onion and cheese. Combine soups with sour cream; pour over top.

    Cut margarine into little pieces and put on top.

    Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
