  • *2 large handfuls of fine green beans, trimmed
  • *12 asparagus spears, trimmed
  • *large handful of snow peas
  • *2 tbsp olive oil
  • *1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • *2 inch piece fresh ginger, finely chopped
  • *2 large cloves garlic, sliced

Directions

    1. Place green bean in hot wok, then asparagus, then snow peas. Cook until tender but crisp and remove

    2. Add oils to wok and heat gently. Add the ginger, soy sauce, and garlic and cook until heated thru about 1 minute. Pour sauce over the veggies and leave for a few minute to let flavors mingle.
