Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 13 cup low-fat sour cream
  • up to 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 12-1 tablespoon wasabi paste
  • sea salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

    Place potatoes in a small pot and cover with water.

    Bring to a boil; cook until the potatoes are tender and then drain.

    Add sour cream, milk (add enough to make desired thickness), and wasabi paste to potatoes; mash well.

    Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and keep warm until serving.
