  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. club soda

    Combine the 6 ingredients; beat for 4 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

    Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
