   Blend in dry pudding mix and milk.

   Spoon batter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.

   Bake 20 to 25 min.

   or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

   Cool in pans 10 min.

   ; remove to wire racks.

    Meanwhile, mix COOL WHIP, marshmallows, pineapple and food coloring.
