  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped cream
  • 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Blend the dry ingredients into the whipped cream and mix well. Add crushed pineapple, along with its juice. Fold in marshmallows and nuts.

    Put in an 8 x 8-inch dish and refrigerate 2 hours.
