- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Watermelon Flavor Gelatin, divided
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
- 1 tub (16 oz.) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
- 1 Tbsp. red food coloring
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Reserve 1 Tbsp.

4Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, blending remaining gelatin mix into batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups.

5Spoon frosting into medium bowl.

6Add reserved gelatin mix and food coloring to frosting; mix well.

7Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended.

8Spread onto cupcakes.

9Decorate with chocolate morsels to resemble watermelons as shown in photo.
