- 1000 grams watermelon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons elderberry syrup
- 0.5 handfuls fresh mint leaves
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
Directions

1Cut the watermelon in large pieces and remove the seeds. Chop mint leaves into very fine strips . Blend lemon juice and elderberry syrup with the watermelon. Add chopped mint leaves and pinch of salt and fill into a cake tin lined with cling film.

2Put into the freezer for at least four hours or until firm.

3Take the Watermelon Granizado out of the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Scratch the surface with a fork and fill into glasses.
