- 10 lb. sugar
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. (40 drops) oil of cloves
- 3/4 tsp. (40 drops) oil of cinnamon
Directions

1Cover watermelon rind with cold water and set in refrigerator overnight.
