Watermelon Surprise

Directions

   Wash and dry melons.

   With long sharp knife mark off a 5 to 6 inch circle and cut a deep cone into each melon.

   Remove the plug. Turn melons over and drain for 30 minutes.

   Discard the juice. Turn melon right side up and pour 1/2 to 1 c. liquid margarita mix to fill cavity, wait a bit and add more at it is absorbed.

   (If using dry Margarita mix, prepare as directed and then fill melons.)
