- 5 lb. ribs
- 6 oz. garlic salt
- 6 oz. black pepper
- 6 oz. seasoning salt
- 2 oz. paprika
Directions

1Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.

2Separate coals into 2 sections (circular cooking).

3Light coals and let them get hot.

4Sprinkle pepper, seasoning salt, paprika and garlic salt all over the ribs and rub in.

5Place ribs on the edge of rack.

6Cover and let cook until all ribs are dark brown (approximately 1 1/2 hours).
