  • 2 c. pumpkin (16 oz.)
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 8 pkg. Equal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. dry biscuit mix
  • 2 tsp. pie spice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 350° until knife inserted halfway between the center of pie comes out clean.
