- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 8 pkg. Equal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. dry biscuit mix
- 2 tsp. pie spice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.

3Bake at 350° until knife inserted halfway between the center of pie comes out clean.
