- dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. Cheddar
- toasted white or wheat bread
Directions

1About 20 minutes before serving, cook carrots and peas as label directs, but add celery; drain.

2Meanwhile, in medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth, then stir in next 5 ingredients.
