- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 egg, beaten

1Melt butter in top of double boiler.

2Add cheese cut into small pieces.

3When melted, slowly wisk in beer.

4Add spices and beaten egg very slowly.

5Great over toast points and/or asparagus.
