  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup stale beer
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Melt butter in top of double boiler.

    Add cheese cut into small pieces.

    When melted, slowly wisk in beer.
  4. 4
    Add spices and beaten egg very slowly.
  5. 5
    Great over toast points and/or asparagus.
