  • 1 lb. lima beans, soaked
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. cooking liquid
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 bay leaf
  • poultry seasoning to taste

Directions

    Cook limas in water until tender.

    Drain and save 1/2 cup liquid.

    Combine everything in a casserole and season to taste with poultry seasoning.

    Bake until bubbly in 350° oven.
