  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. sliced fresh fruit (optional)

Directions
