- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 lb. rump roast, sliced
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

3Marinate overnight in refrigerator.

4Arrange beef strips on racks in dehydrator.

5Dry on high for six to eight hours.

6May arrange beef on foil covered oven racks.

7Bake with oven door ajar at 200° for six or eight hours or until dry.
