  • 4 12 cups heavy cream
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 15 ounces white chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 3 eggs
  • 12 egg yolks

    Chop baguettes into 1'' squares, then into thirds (use older, harder bread if needed).
