  • 2 1/4 c. flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. golden raisins
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 12 oz. coarsely chopped white chocolate
  • 3/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted Macadamia nuts

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.

    Beat butter and sugars in large mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

    Beat in vanilla.

    Beat in dry ingredients.

    Stir in white chocolate, nuts and raisins.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets.

    Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale golden.
