White Hot Chocolate (Using Milk)

- 1 1/4 cups 1% low-fat milk
- 1/3 cup white chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon real vanilla extract
Directions

1Put about half of milk in a small pot.

2Add other ingredients and stir often.

3Bring almost to a boil.

4Chocolate should be melted.

5Add remaining milk to pan, and stir for about 30 seconds.

6Remove from heat.

7Serve with a dusting of cinnamon and a dusting of fine dark chocolate shavings.
