  • 12 teaspoon salt substitute
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup milk
  • 8 ounces boneless pork, cut into strips
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 0.5 (15 ounce) jar Ragu Cheesy Classic Alfredo Sauce
  • 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Saute pork strips in skillet until browned and cooked thoroughly (5-6 minutes).

    Set aside to cool.

    Beat eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in large bowl until blended.

    Stir in mushrooms and peppers.

    Pour egg mixture into 8 square baking dish coated with nonstick spray.
