Ingredients

  • 1 qt. pears, diced
  • 3 1/2 c. pineapple tidbits
  • 16 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 pt. cream, whipped
  • 3 whole eggs, or 4 yolks
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Cook eggs, milk, mustard and lemon juice, stirring with wire whisk. Let cool. Pour over fruits and marshmallows.

    Mix well. Stir in whipped cream. Refrigerate. Can be made day before. May add English walnuts.
