  • 4 or possibly 5 white turnips (raw)
  • 3/4 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 c. celery, minced
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cut raw turnips in pcs and boil in water till tender.

    Fold in celery and onion and bouillon cube in the water.

    Pour over vegetables and cook till done.

    Add in butter, toss lightly.

    Serves 4.
