  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white vanilla chips
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Combine sugar, corn syrup, evaporated milk and salt into saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.

    Once mixture is boiling, cook 10 to 11 minutes or to 225° on a candy thermometer.
