  • 2/3 c. wild rice
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 3 c. chicken bouillon broth
  • 1/2 c. long grain rice
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped

Directions

    Put all ingredients, except broth, in frying pan and cook until long grain rice appears a little yellow.

    Add bouillon and put everything in a greased 2-quart casserole.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
