- 2/3 c. wild rice
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3 c. chicken bouillon broth
- 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
Directions

1Put all ingredients, except broth, in frying pan and cook until long grain rice appears a little yellow.

2Add bouillon and put everything in a greased 2-quart casserole.

3Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
