- 1 c. wild rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Brown sausage and onion, drain, saute mushrooms till tender. Combine with cheese and rice and water.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Pour into lightly oiled casserole dish.

4Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
