- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. wild rice, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onion
Directions

1Bring 2 cups chicken broth and salt to a boil; add 1 cup wild rice.

2Cover.

3Turn on low heat 40 minutes.

4Turn off heat and let stand overnight.

5Do not peek.

6Next morning, add butter, mushrooms and onions.

7Mix.

8Cover.
-
9Bake in casserole at 350° for 45 minutes.
