  • 1 12 cups wild rice
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 1 12 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter, softened
  • 12 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 12 cup chopped green onion

Directions

    Mix rice, chicken stock, orange zest, orange juice, raisins, curry powder and butter in slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or until rice is tender.

    Stir in remaining ingredients just before serving.
