  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1/4 c. bacon fat
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Wash and tear lettuce.

    Place in bowl with onion.

    Put remaining ingredients in skillet, bringing to a boil.

    Pour dressing over lettuce and onion.
