- 12 cup sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- egg white, for glazing

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or Silpat liner.

3Roll dough pieces as thin as a pencil and about 3 inches long.

6Bake on cookie sheet about 20 minutes.
