  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 instant vanilla pudding mix (small)
  • 1 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. each: chocolate chips, coconut and chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients together until well blended.

    Add chocolate chips, coconut and pecans.

    Mix well.

    Pour into lightly greased or Pammed Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
