  • 1 Duncan Hines yellow Deluxe cake mix
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 3/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for about 45 to 55 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly.

    Cool right side up for about 25 minutes; remove from pan.

    Cool.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
